Normal ranges for CBC are quite broad with the highest value at the top of the normal range often several fold higher than the lowest value at the bottom of the normal range [9]. Because normal ranges are so broad, it is also possible that leukocyte count may serve as a crude measure of more subtle differences in the immune system and represent determinants of HPV clearance in healthy individuals.
